I just wanted to pop on and acknowledge this lovely weather we finally are enjoying and to say, Happy Anniversary to us!! It's been a year as of April 13th. I can't even believe it! We're officially an old married couple. To celebrate, we went out to dinner at the same restaurant we had our rehearsal dinner. When we got home, we attempted to eat our cake. It was pretty gross although it looked alright amazingly. The frosting still tasted good but the cannoli filling and actual cake left much to be desired. It truly did because I wanted nothing more than a satisying slice of cake! They had a great looking carrot cake at the restaurant but I declined it because we had the wedding cake to dig into!

Congrats!!!! We've got ours this Sunday... I'm getting the cake out of the freezer tomorrow, I hope ours is ok, if not we'll be somewhere fancy for dinner we'll just get another dessert! lol
